When should I reserve a stork sign?
We strive to deliver a sign within 1-3 days of receipt of order. For baby signs, contact us as soon as you can after the birth with details (baby name, height, weight, and birthday) for your personalized bundle and to schedule delivery. This will ensure we have time to make your personalized bundle and arrange for delivery. We are not accepting advanced reservations at this time due to the possibility of unexpected early or late births. We do accept advanced reservations for special occasion 1-day stork rentals.
How long can I rent the stork sign?
Our stork signs are available for a 7,10 and 14 day rental for birth announcements, allowing you to enjoy your special moment. For events, we offer a one-day rental. If you have specific rental needs or want more information, contact us to discuss options for your newborn’s announcement.
Where will you install the newborn announcement sign?
We’ll place the stork sign in your front yard, positioned so it’s easily visible from the road for everyone to see and celebrate your newest arrival. If you have a particular spot in mind, let us know ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do I place an order and pay?
Placing an order is simple! You can order from our online store, or contact us by phone, text at 803-664-3919 or email at Sara@charliesflock.com. Payment is easy too—choose from credit card payments via square. Please note that full payment is required prior to delivery to confirm your reservation.
What is your service area?
Based in Columbia, we proudly offer delivery within a 20-mile radius for free. How much does the stork sign rental cost?
Our adorable stork sign rental is priced starting at $95, which includes a personalized keepsake bundle for 7 days. Delivery within 20 miles is free.
What do sibling/message stars, dog bones, and cat signs cost?
You can add personalized sibling stars, message signs, dog bones, or cat signs to your order for just $30 each. These delightful keepsakes come in pink or blue and are left with you at the end of your rental to cherish.
Do you offer services for twins, triplets, or quadruplets?
Absolutely! We’re thrilled to provide separate stork signs for each baby in the case of multiples, complete with personalized keepsake bundles for each one. Contact us for more details on how we can help make your celebration extra special.
Do you offer stork signs for grandparents?
Yes! We offer proud grandparent stork signs starting at $85 for a generic bundle or $95 for a personalized bundle. The rental period for grandparent signs is 7 days, and the personalized bundle will be left as a keepsake for them to treasure.
Under what circumstances is an order canceled?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel your stork within the same business day or extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign.
What is your refund policy?
You will not receive a refund if any of the following apply: We are unable to get into a gated community because we were not given a gate code or it doesn’t work, The security guard at a gated community refuses to allow us entry, Animals will not allow us to set up the sign
